As an Art Director/Graphic Designer in Austin, Texas, I had many local vendors to choose from when it came to scanning negatives.  However, none of them came even close to matching PicScan's rates.  I was highly impressed with the quality of work and even more delighted with the excellent customer service.  And, as a bonus, the turnaround time was so quick, that it would have taken the same amount of time to fulfill the order here in town!
